Break the boom-bust cycle

Ms T had struggled with being overweight for most of her life.  After Breakthrough coaching she understood why she kept repeating the same old pattern of bingeing then dieting, then bingeing again.  We showed her how to change that pattern, after that it was easy to get slim and stay that way.

She said "This stuff works, everyone should be doing it.  And it makes sense – I hated being fat so why was I always eating chocolate?  We soon got my thinking straight!  I wish I had discovered it before I wasted all that time and money on diets!"
